EVENTS:
Suples Ball Battle:
Standing slam maximum repeats.
Time limit: 1 min.
Winner goes to next round.
H.I.R.T.S. rope-pull:
Pull the rope to the sign and run to the box as many times as you can.
Time limit: 3 min.
Winner goes to next round.
Spin challenge:
Classic: 10 spins/side, 10 push-ups. 5X, You qualify only if you can achieve these under 3:30 mins. The competition is won by the fastest. (The spin will take place in the frame, ‘windmilling’ and any other irregular method should be avoided. During the low part of the push-ups the chest should touch the bag, while during the high part the arms should be fully straightened.)
